Emergency Connectivity Fund

The ECF program is available for schools and libraries to close the homework gap

Need technology resources to support teaching and learning during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Time to Apply

Now’s the time to apply for ECF. Funds are still available for broadband Internet service and equipment to support off-campus use by students, school staff, and library patrons for the current 2021-22 school year.

Closing the Homework Gap

As remote learning is part of the new norm, ECF provides funds for technology resources to those who need access to connectivity and devices to effectively close the Homework Gap.
